A member of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC), who holds a Certificate in Preaching Post Ministry, may apply to become a Licensed B Minister. Such a member must have served in a leadership position in the Church for not less than three (3) years. A Licensed B minister may, after serving for a minimum of two years, apply to become a Full Licensed Minister.
